In every endeavor I undertake in life, whether in the workplace or at home, I commit myself to exhibiting a positive attitude. I firmly believe that in everything we do, beginning with an “An Attitude of Gratitude” is key. I have lived by that credo throughout my life and during my thirty plus years in the staffing industry. I’ve often said that I have the best career in the world; helping people find meaningful work. I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to spend my entire career matching motivated individuals with great temporary assignments or helping them get started in a vocation that they love.
Over the past year, my attitude of gratitude has been taken to a whole new level. Having joined the Supplemental Health Care team and being associated with so many talented, caring, and dedicated healthcare professionals has opened my eyes to the true importance of this caring workforce. I am proud every day to play a role in placing nurses, therapists, and other allied healthcare staff into positions with our clients where they have such an impact on the lives of others.
To see the dedication exhibited to your patients and to the communities where you work is truly inspiring. I am also grateful to the commitment and energy of the recruiting teams and support staff who are on the front lines every day working with our healthcare professionals and matching them with opportunities where they can be most successful. I feel blessed and very grateful to have this opportunity at this point in my career.
