Lesa Francis

President and Chief Executive Officer

Lesa was named President and CEO of Supplemental Health Care in 2016 to create a growth strategy that would build on the company’s solid foundation of compassionate care and service.  She is focused on creating opportunities for both providers and practitioners, as well as ensuring the company delivers the highest level of service possible through the company’s I. C.A.R.E philosophy (Integrity, Candor, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence).

With more than 25 years of staffing industry experience, Lesa has been named one of the 100 most influential people in the staffing industry by Staffing Industry Analysts multiple times, and, in 2018 was inducted into their Staffing Hall of Fame. She is a member of the National Workforce Solutions Advisory Board, was named one of 20 “Women to Watch” by the Cincinnati Business Journal, and was recognized by LEAD Cincinnati with their C-Suite Award. She has been active in the American Staffing Association, including serving as a past Chairman of the Board.

Lesa has a degree in Business Management from Northwest Missouri State University.  She and her family live in Atlanta, Georgia.

Monty Houdeshell

Chief Financial and Administrative Officer

Monty is Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for Supplemental Health Care, having joined the company in 2016.  With more than 30 years of senior leadership experience, Monty is responsible for the company’s accounting, finance, treasury, tax, and payroll groups.

 Before joining Supplemental Health Care, Monty served on the executive leadership teams of four successful publicly traded companies, including the staffing company Remedy Temp, Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University, and an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.

 Monty and his family live in Park City, Utah.


Mary Lucas

Chief Talent Officer

Mary B. Lucas is the Chief Talent Officer for Supplemental Health Care. She joined the company in 2017 and is responsible for leading the company's talent acquisition and retention efforts.

Mary has more than 30 years of staffing industry experience. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University, has earned an Executive Coaching Certification from Fielding Graduate University, and in 2016 earned the prestigious Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation from the American Staffing Association.

In 2006, she published the highly successful book, Lunchmeat & Life Lessons, a motivational memoir and tribute to her father on how to bring out the best in yourself and others. She has spoken to thousands of people at hundreds of events worldwide with one mission: to share life lessons that help people create meaningful connections and inspire themselves.

Mary and her family live in Mission Hills, Kansas.

Donna Carroll

Donna Carroll

President of Local Office and Workforce Solutions

As the President of Local Office and Workforce Solutions, Donna leads a team of professionals who manage business development and delivery of clinical staff for Supplemental Health Care’s prominent client list. She has more than 20 years of staffing industry experience, and more than 30 years in sales, change leadership, recruiting and client relationship management.

Prior to joining Supplemental Health Care, Donna had a successful career with North Highland Worldwide Consulting as President of their global talent and sales operations organization. Earlier in her career, Donna held executive roles at Randstad and Adecco in sales and field delivery, centralized recruitment management, and practice development and management.

She holds a certificate in leading change and organizational leadership from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business. She and her family live in Atlanta, Georgia.

Linda McDonnell

Linda McDonnell

Senior Vice President of Travel Nursing

Linda is Senior Vice President of Travel Nursing, responsible for leading the sales, recruiting, and service delivery for the travel nursing division.  She joined Supplemental Health Care in 2012 and has almost 30 years of staffing industry experience.

 She works with the company’s divisional managers to develop staff and improve strategies, develops and implements recruiting strategies, and provides training/development for recruiting teams. Prior to joining Supplemental Health Care, Linda held leadership roles with Adecco, Spherion, and Interim Healthcare.

 Linda is an active volunteer with animal rescue organizations and is in the process of becoming a certified life coach.  She and her family live in Buffalo, New York.


Chris Long

Senior Vice President of Operations

Chris Long is Senior Vice President of Operations, responsible for the company’s shared services, compliance, and operational support teams.  His focus is on driving operational efficiencies and process improvements in order to deliver the best service possible to the company’s clients, talent, and internal team.

 Chris has been with Supplemental Health Care for 16 years, developing a comprehensive knowledge of the industry.  His expertise in areas including training, team building, leading process improvement taskforces, data visualization, and compliance/risk management ensures the company delivers on its promise.  He is a Six Sigma Green Belt and a former Staff Sergeant with the United States Army Reserves.

 Chris and his family live in Buffalo, New York.
