  • Do I qualify for referral bonuses?

Anyone who is not a family member of a current SHC office staff employee can be a Brand Ambassador for SHC and receive referral bonuses.

  • How do I get more referrals to SHC?

You should look at the professionals in your network and refer them accordingly to SHC. Great people know great people. You may be surprised how many people in your personal network are open to new career opportunities. SHC works with hospitals, schools, home health providers, correctional facilities, and many other of sites of care across the U.S. If you know someone who works in healthcare, they're most likely a fit for Supplemental Health Care.

  • How do I know the status of my referral?

Your SHC contact can give you an update on the status of your referrals. Your referral will need to go to work with SHC and pass the hours threshold before payments can be made. 

  • When do I get paid?

Once your referral works 450 hours, your bonus will be paid out to you as a lump sum.

  • How will I get paid?

The payment will be made through your traditional SHC payment method (direct deposit into your account which we have on file). If you are not currently active with SHC, the SHC recruiter will contact you to arrange payment.

  • How much will I get paid?

Depending on the professional discipline of your referral, you will receive a $1000 or $500 lump sum payment under our standard Share the Care program or another amount if your referral is included in a limited promotion program.   • Who can I refer?

Anyone who is not an independent contractor, a family member of a corporate SHC employee, or a past SHC employee can be referred.

  • Is there any limit to how many people I can refer?

No, there is no cap on the number of people you can refer to SHC.
