  • Do I qualify for referral bonuses?

Anyone who is not a family member of a current SHC office staff employee can be a Brand Ambassador for SHC and receive referral bonuses.

  • How do I submit a referral?

 As an SHC Brand Ambassador, you will use your personal link to submit Referrals to your SHC recruiter.  The referral’s first name, last name and email address are required for submittal.  Telephone number is optional.

  • How do I get more referrals to SHC?

You should look at the professionals in your network and refer them accordingly to SHC.  You can also share your personal Share the Care link on social media to collect more referrals under your account. Anyone who signs up using your link counts as your referral!

  • How do I know the status of my referral?

All your referrals will be tracked through your personal link.   After logging in, you will be able to see all your referrals and their current status in the SHC hiring process.

  • When do I get paid?

Once your referral works 450 hours, your bonus will be paid out to you as a lump sum.

  • How will I get paid?

The payment will be made through your traditional SHC payment method (direct deposit into your account which we have on file). If you are not currently active with SHC, the SHC recruiter will contact you to arrange payment.

  • How much will I get paid?

Depending on the professional discipline of your referral, you will receive a $1000 or $500 lump sum payment. You can view the full list of disciplines and qualifying bonuses on the benefits section www.shccares.com.

  • Who can I refer?

Anyone who is not an independent contractor, a family member of a corporate SHC employee, or a past SHC employee can be referred.

  • Is there any limit to how many people I can refer?

No, there is no cap on the number of people you can refer to SHC.
